Shrimp and Fish Tacos


Okay you guys, I'm back with another crazy delicious recipe. Shrimp and fish tacos. Its absolutely wonderful and totally easy to make. All credits go to my sister in law!

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1bag (16oz) of cole slaw mix
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 500g shrimps, peeled and deveined (that's about 30-35 medium sized)
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 fish filets
  • 4 small corn tortillas
  • 2 avocados, cubed
  • Parmesan and additional cilantro for topping
Instructions
  1. Blend the cole slaw mix, mayonnaise, and sugar in a medium bowl.
  2. Taste and adjust as needed.
  3. Lightly coat fish with a little vegetable oil. Season fish with cayenne powder, garlic powder, and (optional) salt.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Add the fish to the hot pan and blacken for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp and the cayenne, salt and garlic powder and cook until the shrimp are cooked through.
To serve:
  1. Warm the tortillas and top half an avocado on a tortilla, place spoonfuls of coleslaw and top with a piece of fish and a few pieces of shrimp.
  2. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  3. Eat up and enjoy!
